Product range

Cooling and Heating Products We Manufacture

One factory, four product lines. A snapshot of the range, every item runs through the same in-house cutting, filling, assembly and QC process.

Source factory

One Factory for Cooling and Heating, People and Pets

We make it here. Sewing, PCM filling and electronic heating assembly run under one roof, so the answers you get on materials, MOQ and lead time come from the people who build the product.

Manufacturing technology

Manufacturing Technology for Cooling and Heating Products

We build products using four core technologies: phase-change material, electric heating elements, fan cooling and water-circulation cooling. Each is produced or assembled in-house and can be specified or customized by the buyer at the product-development stage.

PCM cooling vest with phase-change inserts sewn into the panels

Phase-change cooling

Phase Change Material (PCM)

PCM absorbs and releases thermal energy as it melts and solidifies at a set temperature, cooling the wearer without active power, packed into inserts, pouches or pads worn against the body.

  • Phase-change temperature: formulations activate at different thresholds; specify a target range for the end user's climate.
  • Capacity & insert weight: sets how long cooling lasts per charge; adjustable per garment size and use.
  • Insert format: flat sewn-in pouch, removable pack or segmented pad, matched to construction.
  • Recharge method: cold-water submersion or freezer; time depends on weight and water temperature.
Electric heated jacket with carbon-fiber heating elements

Electric heating

Electric Heating Element

Carbon-fiber filaments or stainless-steel resistance wire, woven or bonded into fabric panels, distribute heat across defined zones: back, chest, collar or extremities, depending on the product.

  • Voltage & battery: 5V USB, 7.4V or 12V packs, matched to runtime and end-user preference.
  • Heating zones: number and placement of heated panels, confirmed at the spec stage.
  • Heat levels: three-level control as standard; custom control interfaces for OEM orders.
  • Element material: carbon fiber for even, long-flex heat, or resistance wire for cost-efficient use.
Fan-cooled vest worn by an active worker

Active fan cooling

Fan Cooling

Battery-powered fan modules draw outside air through the garment and circulate it across the body, accelerating sweat evaporation in dry, moderately hot conditions and during high activity.

  • Fan count & position: single back-mounted or dual-fan; intake or exhaust airflow confirmed in spec.
  • Speed settings: two or three speeds, adjustable via a button on the garment.
  • Battery compatibility: 5V USB bank or proprietary pack, to align with your accessory range.
  • Shell material: polyester mesh, ripstop nylon or workwear-grade fabric for dust and wear.
Water-circulation cooling vest with embedded tubing

Water-circulation cooling

Water-Circulation Cooling

Chilled water is pumped through thin tubing embedded in a vest or suit, removing body heat continuously, the highest-performance method, used in heavy-industry, motorsport, medical and military applications.

  • Tubing coverage: torso only, or extended to arms and shoulders, confirmed during spec.
  • Pump & reservoir: portable carried reservoir or external chilled supply; flow rate set per application.
  • Connector standard: quick-release compatible with your units, or supplied as a complete system.
  • Garment material: fluid-resistant shell; tubing bonded in a channel or sewn into a sleeve.

How we work

OEM / ODM and Private Label: How We Work with Buyers

Every product is available for OEM (built to your spec) and ODM (factory-developed and customized for you). Private label (custom logo, packaging, labels and hangtags) applies to both. The program runs in six steps.

Product brief and specification
1

Brief & Specification

You provide a product brief; we return a written technical specification covering construction, materials, components, color, dimensions and any certification requirements for your market. Both sides sign off before production.

Sampling on the sewing line
2

Sampling

We produce physical samples to the confirmed spec, covering all required colorways and sizes, for your review, fit testing, photography and internal approval. Packaging mockups are supplied where required.

Sample review and sign-off
3

Sample Review & Sign-off

You review samples against the written spec. Color tolerances are documented in delta-E values. The signed sample and spec become the production reference: no bulk begins until sign-off is complete.

Bulk production line
4

Bulk Production

Bulk runs against the signed sample, with in-line QC at cutting, assembly, component integration (PCM insert, heating element, fan module or tubing) and finishing.

Pre-shipment quality control
5

Pre-Shipment QC

Before packing, goods are inspected against the signed sample. Powered products get functional testing: heating uniformity, temperature accuracy, connector integrity and safety cut-off. Third-party inspection on request.

Packing and shipment
6

Packing & Shipment

Goods are packed to your spec (retail packaging, master-carton labeling, barcodes and country-of-origin marks) and shipped by sea, air or courier with documentation prepared to your requirements.

Private label & NDA. Custom logo, woven or printed labels, hangtags, retail boxes and poly-bag printing are all available. A non-disclosure agreement is available before any designs or buyer-specific specifications are shared.

Order types

Sample, Trial and Bulk Orders

Sample order
Stage 01

Sample Order

One or more physical samples for internal review, photography, regulatory pre-assessment and approval, produced with the same process and materials that will be used for bulk.

Trial order, small batch
Stage 02

Trial Order (Small Batch)

A small batch through the full production process (confirmed spec, in-line QC and pre-shipment inspection) to test market response or verify consistency before a large order.

Bulk order shipment
Stage 03

Bulk Order

Full production against the signed sample and confirmed spec, once sample evaluation and any trial run are complete. Payment terms and scheduling are confirmed at order placement.

Mixed human + pet PO. A single purchase order can combine products from all four lines, shipped in one consolidated shipment, for OEM and standard stock orders alike.

Inside the factory

Factory-Direct Production Across All Four Lines

We manufacture all four product lines within one facility, organized by process type, not as a trading company sourcing from other factories. The same team runs cooling and heating, for people and pets.

Why IceBear

Why Sourcing Teams Buy Direct from the Factory

You deal with the people who make the product, from quote to sample to bulk. Here is what that means in practice.

Source factory floor

Source factory, no middle layer

Quotes, samples and bulk are owned by the team running the lines, no trading margin and no relayed answers.

Spec and sample sign-off

Spec and sample locked first

A written spec and a signed sample become the production reference before any bulk is cut.

Cooling and heating products in one shipment

Cooling + heating, one shipment

Human and pet products across both thermal lines can ship in a single consolidated PO.

Compliance documents for your order

Documents for your order

We provide compliance documents applicable to the specific product ordered, not generic certificates.

Direct Factory vs. Trading Company

Dimension IceBear Care · Direct Factory Trading Company
Price transparency Factory price with a visible cost breakdown by material, component and process, no intermediary margin built in. A markup is added on top of the factory price; the percentage is not disclosed and varies by order.
Customization Spec changes, materials, logo, packaging and labeling handled directly with the production team; short feedback loops. Requests pass through to an underlying factory; slower response and limited visibility into feasibility.
QC visibility Audit in-line and pre-shipment QC records directly; third-party inspection arranged with full cooperation. QC is managed by the trader or delegated without your involvement; reports may not be independent.
Communication You talk directly with the people who make the product; technical questions answered at source. Communication passes through an account manager who may lack technical knowledge of the products.
Lead-time control Scheduling, capacity and shipping managed in one place; delays identified and communicated directly. The trader depends on the factory's schedule and relays updates with a lag; limited ability to escalate.
Certification documents Documents issued to the factory and provided directly; scope and validity verifiable at the source. Documents may be withheld or represent a different factory; authenticity is harder to verify.

What We Confirm Before Bulk Production

Written specification sign-offA complete technical spec is signed by both parties before bulk. Production is measured against this document, not verbal descriptions or sample photographs.
Signed sample as referenceYou physically approve a production sample, retained in-house as the master reference. Any difference between bulk goods and the signed sample is a defect.
Color tolerance documentedFor dyed and printed goods, acceptable deviation is documented in delta-E values at sign-off, a measurable target that removes color disputes.
NDA before information sharingA non-disclosure agreement is available before any product designs, proprietary specs or factory-level information are exchanged.
Certifications listed at quotationState your target market and channel and we list applicable documents, which are available and which would require additional testing, before samples are approved.
One sales contactFor most buyers that is Jack, our sales manager: the same person answers your first question, follows up on samples and confirms production.
